a rough start
When we adopted Olive in June of 2023, she was about a year old and had already been passed around between a couple of different homes. She was this tiny, terrified little girl who was scared of everything—especially people. But the second I saw her, I just knew. That was my dog. We brought her home and immediately got to work doing everything we could to make her feel safe and build up her confidence.
a signal for adventure
Helping a shy dog open up takes a lot of time and patience. Anytime we were able to take her somewhere, we did. Before we would leave, we'd put a cute bandana on her.
Eventually, a really cool shift happened. She started connecting the bandanas with going places. Now, the second I ask her, "What bandana do you want to wear?" she literally loses her mind with excitement. To Olive, a bandana isn’t just an accessory. It’s her green light. It’s the ultimate signal that we’re about to go on an adventure, see her dog park friends, or go sniff a bunch of new things.

our "why"
Three years later, Olive is completely blossoming. She’s still a little shy, but watching her transform from that terrified rescue pup into a happy, confident dog who loves her park friends is the best thing in the world.
Everything we make here is inspired by her. We wanted to create high-quality gear that looks incredibly cute, but more importantly, accompanies your dog on all their favorite adventures. We’re dedicated to showing Olive—and your pups, too—just how loved they are and how good life can be, one bandana at a time.
